Aerial Silks for Beginners

Aloft Circus Arts' beginner aerial silks class introduces you to climbing, wrapping, and basic figures on long fabric panels suspended from a high rig, starting with fundamental positions that build the grip strength and body awareness needed for more advanced moves. The instructor stays close throughout the session to spot and adjust your body position, and safety mats are in place under the rig. No gymnastics or dance background is needed, just a willingness to get off the floor.
