Woodworks Studio's cutting board workshop is a single-session project class that walks you through jointing, gluing up a face-grain or edge-grain blank, thickness planing, and sanding to a food-safe finish in an afternoon at the South Santa Fe shop. The format is accessible for people who have never used a planer or jointer before since the instructor covers the tools specifically for this project. You take home a finished cutting board.
