Testarossa's Library Tasting includes wines from older vintages alongside current releases, giving participants a chance to taste the same appellation wines at different stages of development and observe how the flavor and texture of a wine changes with age. The session is led by a wine educator and runs about 90 minutes, covering the changes that occur during bottle aging and what cellar-worthy wines look like when young versus when they are ready to drink.
