Global Cuisine Workshop

About this class

Kitchen on Fire runs a rotating series of global cuisine workshops covering a complete meal from a specific culinary tradition each session, which in summer might include Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Greek, or Afghan cooking, with the instructor teaching the core techniques and flavor logic of that tradition rather than just presenting recipes to follow. All ingredients are sourced for the specific cuisine being covered and participants cook the entire menu themselves in a hands-on format throughout the two-and-a-half-hour session. Everything is served and eaten together at the end.
