An evening at ICE learning to taste wine the way professionals do. the look, the nose, the palate, and the finish. You'll work through six wines from six different regions, understand what you're actually tasting when you detect "tannins" or "minerality," and leave with a vocabulary for wine that makes ordering at a restaurant and shopping at a wine shop dramatically more confident.
