This beginner clinic covers the fundamentals of pickleball from scratch, including how to score, the kitchen (non-volley zone) rule, the proper serving motion, forehand and backhand groundstrokes, and basic positioning for singles and doubles. The instructor walks you through each concept on court with paddles and balls, and by the end of the session you have enough vocabulary and instinct to actually play a point. No equipment is needed since the center provides demo paddles, and the session is structured so total beginners can keep up without feeling lost.
