Taste Buds Kitchen's sushi class covers sushi rice preparation, maki rolling, and nigiri shaping in a two-hour hands-on session for two people, with both participants rolling and shaping from the start under the instructor's guidance. The curriculum covers the three most popular home sushi formats and the class ends with a shared plate of everything the two of you made. All ingredients, knives, and bamboo mats are provided.
