The Cocktail Camp's craft cocktail workshop covers the technique fundamentals of bartending in a real bar setting, including shaking, stirring, straining, muddling, and building drinks, alongside the flavor theory that explains why certain spirit, acid, and sweetener combinations work and others do not. The instructor teaches you to make four to five cocktails covering the most important flavor profiles rather than just running through recipes, so the skills transfer to improvising at home. The Castro location is fully equipped with professional bar tools and a full spirits selection.
