Mitts and Movement Session

About this class

Empower Boxing's mitts session pairs each participant with the coach for a series of combination calls on the pads, developing the reaction time, accuracy, and head movement that bag work alone can't fully train. The class rotates so each person gets pad time with the coach and then works on the bag or with a partner while others take their turn. Located at 1441 West 46th Avenue in the Highlands neighborhood.
