NY Bagels from Scratch Workshop

About this class

Atelier Sucré's bagel workshop covers the full New York-style bagel process, including the high-gluten dough mix, shaping, the classic boil in malt-water, and the final bake with toppings. Chef Simon keeps the class at maximum four students so everyone works through every step hands-on. All ingredients and equipment are provided and you take your bagels home at the end of the three-hour session.
