Tropical Flowers and Orchids Arrangement Workshop

This July workshop at Flower Duet is built around tropical flowers and orchids, which require a different approach than traditional floral arranging because of their scale, structure, and the way light plays through their petals. Sisters Kit and Casey walk you through how to select complementary stems, how to condition and prepare tropical blooms, and how to use mechanics and negative space to build an arrangement that looks lush without looking crowded. All flowers, tools, and a vessel to take your arrangement home are included in the workshop fee.
