Plum Sage Flowers' bouquet workshop covers the spiral stem technique for building a hand-tied bouquet from individual stems, teaching you to use height variation, color distribution, and texture contrast intentionally rather than just grabbing stems at random. The instructor works with the group for the first half on a shared demonstration bouquet before each student builds their own. All flowers and materials are provided.
