You make fresh pasta from scratch in this hands-on class, covering dough technique, hand-rolling, and shaping two or three pasta formats with a seasonal sauce to match. The session runs at a shared workstation with two to four people, all ingredients and equipment are already prepped when you arrive, and you sit down to eat what you made with the group at the end. Sur La Table Newport Beach runs this class throughout the summer with slight seasonal variations in the filling and sauce based on what's available from local farms.
