Spirit Hound Distillers' seasonal cocktail class changes with the month and uses whatever local Colorado ingredients are at their best: fresh herbs in summer and stone fruit shrubs in late summer, to build three cocktails that showcase Spirit Hound's spirits alongside fresh, locally sourced mixers. The class is taught in the Tejon Street distillery tasting room and the bar staff's enthusiasm for local sourcing gives the session a genuine sense of place. All ingredients are included.
