Silks & Aerial Hammock Class

About this class

An open-level aerial class exploring two fabric-based apparatuses, silk and aerial hammock, where students learn basic climbs, locks, inversions, and wraps. Instructors work individually with each student to build strength, technique, and artistry in a supportive group setting capped at four students for 75 minutes. No prior aerial experience is needed, and the small class size means every participant gets substantial individual attention throughout the session.
