Torch and Chain Making Workshop

About this class

Golden Hand Studios' chain-making class focuses on the torch soldering techniques needed to close individually formed jump rings into a length of sterling silver chain, covering ring formation, fluxing, picking, and how to work with multiple small components at the same time without losing any to the floor. The session runs about three and a half hours and is more technically demanding than the ring or earring workshops, designed for people who have some comfort with hand tools or who want a challenge. All silver and supplies are included.
