Italian Pasta Night

About this class

In this class you make fresh pasta by hand starting with flour and eggs, working through rolling and cutting different shapes before pairing them with sauces cooked in the same session. The instructor demonstrates techniques for the whole group and then everyone applies them at their own station, so you are actively cooking the entire time rather than watching someone else. The class ends with a full dinner of everything you made together, with wine included.
