In this 90-minute candle making class at Stone Candles, you choose your fragrance blend from over a hundred scent oils, from clean musks and florals to more complex combinations like tobacco and vanilla or ocean and eucalyptus, and an instructor helps you balance the notes before you pour your custom blend into the wax. You learn about wax temperatures, wick sizing, fragrance load ratios, and why different choices produce different burn characteristics, so you leave understanding why your candle was made the way it was rather than just having followed steps. Classes are BYOB and the studio has a relaxed, workshop atmosphere.
