KOVAL Distillery's 90-minute cocktail class takes place inside a working craft distillery on Ravenswood Avenue, where a professional bartender teaches you to build three or four craft cocktails using KOVAL's own award-winning spirits, covering technique, flavor pairing, and the history of the spirits you are working with. The class emphasizes building intuition about balance and proportion rather than just following recipes, so the skills hold up when you are improvising at home. You drink everything you make during the session.
