A two-day intensive that covers the full working vocabulary of bartending: proper pouring technique (flair counts, accuracy counts more), layering, muddling, shaking versus stirring, 50+ classic cocktail recipes, and how to run a bar efficiently under pressure. You'll make dozens of drinks over the weekend and leave with a bartending certificate that's recognized by most NYC establishments. All spirits, tools, and a recipe book provided.
