Watercolor Basics Workshop

About this class

Whimsy Studios' watercolor class introduces wet-on-wet washes, wet-on-dry detail work, and the basic brush techniques needed to produce a finished watercolor painting of a simple landscape or floral subject in a two-hour session. Watercolor behaves very differently from acrylic and the instructor's main job is helping participants stop fighting the water and start using it intentionally. All supplies including watercolor paper, pigments, and brushes are included.
