Wednesday evening Contemporary Dance class at Peridance Center on East 13th Street explores movement quality, floor work, partnering basics, and improvisation in one of six full-size professional studios. Instructors come from working contemporary companies and the class is well-suited to people with some movement background from yoga, other dance styles, or athletics. No partner is needed and you can register online through the Peridance website up to five days before the class.
