Le Bouquet's two-hour floral design workshop on Union Street covers the basic principles of designing with fresh flowers including color contrast, proportion, focal flowers versus filler, and how to condition stems so your arrangement lasts. The instructor walks through the design process before participants work on their own arrangements with individual guidance available throughout, and everyone leaves with the centerpiece or statement arrangement they built. All flowers are sourced from Northern California growers and are seasonal to the week.
