An all-levels class on a suspended steel ring where students learn safe entry and exit techniques, fundamental poses, and how to transition smoothly between positions. Instructors help beginners understand how to distribute weight and manage momentum on the apparatus while more experienced students develop sequences and fluid movement quality. Class size is limited to four students for 75 minutes of focused individual instruction.
