This four-week intermediate salsa series builds on a solid beginner foundation, introducing more complex turn patterns, body movement, shine work, and how to add style to the moves you already know rather than just adding more moves. Classes run on Tuesdays at the Culver City studio, taught by world champions Javier and Kiki, and the level assumes you can execute a basic step, half turn, and inside turn confidently. This is where the dancing starts to feel musical rather than mechanical.
