Colorado Sake Co.'s pairing workshop combines the Tuesday sushi rolling class with a guided three-pour sake flight chosen to complement the rolls you just made, walking through how the sweetness, acidity, and umami in each sake style plays against raw fish, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. You roll three types of sushi, eat them with the paired sakes, and leave with a concrete framework for choosing sake at a restaurant. All ingredients and sake pours are included.
