Students learn the French macaron method from meringue to macaronage to piping, then fill and assemble a full box of macarons with both ganache and buttercream fillings in this small-group workshop. The class covers how to troubleshoot the most common failures and each student takes home their full batch with a recipe guide included. All ingredients, apron, and a takeaway box are provided, and classes are limited to eight people.
