About this class

This class covers the fundamentals of Thai cooking, curry paste building from scratch, the balance of hot, sour, salty, and sweet, and two or three dishes that let you practice the core techniques rather than just follow a recipe. You make everything at your own station, taste and adjust throughout, and eat the full meal at the end. It runs both in mid-August and late August at Newport Beach, making it one of the more accessible summer classes to get into.
