About this class

The Level 2 class builds on the basics from Level 1, moving into more advanced mixing techniques including phrase matching, loop triggering, sample integration, and how to transition between different tempos and genres without losing the crowd. You work through real-world mixing scenarios on Pioneer decks and practice building longer sets with multiple planned transitions rather than just blending two tracks at a time. This course assumes you have beat-matched before and can hold a basic blend, whether from the intro course or prior experience.
