Flying Trapeze: First Class

Tuesday evening flying trapeze class at Trapeze School New York, Pier 40. You work with a safety line throughout, and the instructor on the ground guides you through each progression from a basic swing to a knee hang or catch. No experience required and the class is welcoming to people who are nervous about heights going in.
