Kitchen on Fire's weekend baking sessions cover a specific baked good or category in depth, typically a croissant or laminated dough one weekend, artisan bread another, and classic French pastry a third, with the instructor explaining the science and technique behind each process so participants understand what they are doing rather than just following steps.
