Wheel Throwing Workshop

About this class

Waveform Ceramics' wheel throwing workshop is a 90-minute session in the Fruitvale studio where you learn to center clay, open the floor, and pull basic cylinder and bowl forms with an instructor providing individual guidance throughout the session in a group of no more than five students. All clay, tools, and glazing materials are provided and your finished pieces are kiln-fired and ready for pickup within a week. No prior pottery experience is needed and the studio's inclusive, welcoming atmosphere makes it a low-pressure first experience at the wheel.
