This class demystifies the Chinese-American dishes that most people only order through delivery: proper fried rice, General Tso's chicken, and hand-folded dumplings with dipping sauce. You work through each recipe at your own station, learn the wok technique that is actually responsible for most of the flavor in the dish, and eat everything at the end.
