The two-and-a-half-hour session opens with a walkthrough of the bar toolkit, covering how to use jiggers, shakers, strainers, and muddlers correctly before you start building the first drink. The class moves across four cocktails that each teach a different technique family: shaking versus stirring, building in the glass, and layering for visual effect, with seasonal fresh fruit and garnishes at every station. The final thirty minutes are a head-to-head competition where every participant invents an original drink and presents it to the group for judging. Must be 21 or older.
