Taste Buds Kitchen San Jose's date night pasta class walks two people through making fresh pasta dough by hand, shaping it into fettuccine and ravioli, and building a sauce from scratch in a two-hour session in the Willow Glen kitchen. The format is genuinely collaborative, with both participants cooking every component rather than one watching while the other works, and the meal is served at the kitchen counter at the end of the class. All ingredients and kitchen equipment are provided.
