A 90-minute outdoor workshop where an instructor teaches manual camera settings specific to each participant's own camera, allowing students to override automatic settings for creative control over exposure, depth of field, and motion. The instructor reviews each camera model in advance to demonstrate its specific features and menus, so the instruction is directly applicable rather than theoretical. Sessions are held in photogenic neighborhoods including Brooklyn Bridge and DUMBO, Chinatown, and Battery Park City with a maximum of five students.
