Painting Techniques Workshop

About this class

This two-hour guided painting workshop at Paint:lab covers a specific technique in each session, whether color mixing, wet-on-wet application, texture building, or compositional arrangement, taught by an instructor who paints alongside the group and stops to demonstrate each concept before students try it themselves. All supplies including acrylic paints, brushes, a canvas, and an easel are provided, so you walk in with nothing and walk out with a finished piece. The format is relaxed enough for beginners but substantive enough that people who already paint regularly still take something away.
