This workshop is taught by a sommelier who walks the class through six wines paired with a curated selection of cheeses, covering what makes a pairing work, how to read a wine's structure in relation to different types of cheese, and why some combinations fall flat while others are genuinely revelatory. The format is conversational rather than lecture-heavy, and by the end you have a practical framework for building your own pairings at home. Everything is provided including all wines, cheeses, accompaniments, and tasting notes.
