The Cocktail Camp's gin workshop explores the full range of gin styles from London Dry through contemporary botanical gins, using a side-by-side tasting format to identify the flavor differences before building a series of G&Ts that each express a different gin style correctly, including tonic selection, ice type, and garnish logic. The class runs for 90 minutes and ends with a freeform session where participants apply the pairing principles they learned. All spirits and mixers are provided.
