Weekend Furniture Making Workshop

Chicago School of Woodworking's weekend furniture workshop focuses on building a small practical furniture piece over two consecutive Saturdays using a combination of hand and power tools, covering stock preparation, layout, joinery, and finishing with shellac or oil. The instructor walks through each operation at the bench before students work on their own with assistance available throughout. Participants take their finished piece home at the end of the second session. This is a multi-session course spanning two Saturdays.
