Weekend Pizza Making Workshop

This hands-on workshop at The Chopping Block teaches you how to make pizza dough from scratch, stretch it correctly without tearing, build a well-balanced sauce, and assemble and bake a pizza that comes out properly charred on the bottom and bubbly on top. The instructor covers how to achieve good results in a home oven at lower temperatures than a wood-fired pizza oven, making the techniques immediately usable at home. You eat the pizzas you make at the end of the session.
