Date Night: Surf & Turf

About this class

This date-night class teaches you how to cook a proper surf and turf dinner, buttery lobster or crab alongside a perfectly seared steak with a pan reduction sauce, and a vegetable preparation to round out the plate. You cook through the full meal at a shared workstation, and the instructor covers the timing coordination that makes serving two proteins simultaneously work at home. You eat the full dinner together at the end with a glass of wine.
