Macrame Wall Hanging Workshop

About this class

Taught by a knitwear designer with over 20 years of fiber arts experience, this three-hour beginner workshop covers how to set up a macrame piece, cast onto a wooden dowel, and tie square knots, half hitches, and fringe to complete a boho-style wall hanging ready to hang at home. All cord, a chunky wooden dowel, and supplies are included in the fee, and the class is kept small enough for individual instruction time when working through new knot types. Participants leave with both the finished piece and enough knowledge to continue the practice on their own.
