This class takes the Italian classics everyone knows, risotto, osso buco, gnocchi, and teaches you the technique behind each one rather than a rigid recipe to follow. You cook through two or three dishes at a shared workstation, adjusting seasoning and consistency as you go with guidance from the instructor, and eat the full meal at the end.
