Gin Botanicals and Cocktail Making

This evening class at KOVAL Distillery uses the distillery's gin program as a framework for exploring botanical cocktails, covering how different botanicals interact in a gin recipe and how to match them with complementary mixers and garnishes to build balanced drinks. You make three cocktails including a classic Gin and Tonic built properly, a Gimlet, and a custom creation using the botanicals on the table. The session runs 90 minutes and is hosted inside the distillery.
